We originally learned how to tie the Neversink during the TU Tri-State Conservation and Fishing Camp, and it made quite an impression.  Its versatility encouraged us to add it to our inventory.  A foam abdomen with a Z-lon and deer hair tail allow the fly to live up to its name.  For the thorax, we have a layer of dubbing under a brown hackle, which also helps it to float.
