An effective streamer pattern, the Murdich is a versatile baitfish imitation that works in both salt and freshwater.  It is a subsurface pattern that sinks relatively slowly, and it has a lot of movement.  The tail is made using 4" of white bucktail with 2" of flashabou tied on top.  EP fibers create a collar between the tail and the body, which is tied using palmered game changer chenille.  A Flymen Fishing Company Fishskull Fish Mask with Earth-colored Living Eyes completes the fly.  The topside of the body is painted in a gray tone.
