The Midnight Copper John is FB2B's take on the classic fast-sinking and effective nymph.  Black goose biots are used to form the split tail, and copper wire is wrapped to form a tapered body.  The thorax is comprised of brown/purple senyo's laser dubbing with a lacquered wingcase of razor foam and holographic tinsel.  We also tie in rubber legs to give more movement to the fly.  Finally, a black tungsten bead is used to put the fly where the fish are faster.
