Our March Brown is a classic pattern that is used to imitate its namesake mayfly nymph. Three pheasant tail fibers form the distinctive tail. The body mixes sulphur orange and yellow dubbing with copper wire as a rib. The thorax includes a pheasant tail wing case, partridge feather fibers as legs, and the same dubbing mixture as the body. Mason landed his first Rainbow Trout using this fly!
