A classic pattern, the Hare's Ear Nymph is simple but effective. The body primarily uses hare fur, and guard hairs form the tail. The head is comprised of darker hare fur and a pheasant tail wing case. We weight the hook with lead-free wire. Mason caught his first Brook Trout and many more quite recently on this fly!
