The EP Fly is an excellent saltwater baifish imitation.  Its light composition allows it to ride near the surface.  The body is created by stacking multiple layers of flash fiber and interspersing different colors and then sculpting it to shape.  Two Flymen Fishing Company Dragon Eyes and UV resin form the head.
